When Refunds Apply
We do not receive returns for our perishable products. However, we offer
qualifying conditions for refund:
- Defective or Damaged products: If you happen to receive flowers or any delivered items
defective or damaged, please contact our office within 24 hours of the receipt with pictures
so that we can inspect the affected products. Once validated, we will replace them or refund
your payment.
- Wrong Orders: In case any product has been received incorrectly, it must be reported within
24 hours of delivery. Add details for the issue and attach support photos to this. After
verification, we will send the correct item or refund.
